Nikki Benz first started working in the adult entertainment industry as an exotic dancer and swimsuit model. After deciding that she wanted to pursue a career in porn, Nikki Benz emailed director Jim Gunn who introduced her to the president of Pleasure Productions, Frank Kay. In this manner Nikki Benz signed with Pleasure Productions in 2003 and she made her official adult film industry debut in Strap-On Sally #20 (2003). And the rest is history! “I got into the adult industry by contacting an adult film director while I was still living in Toronto, Canada. I did a lot of research about the adult industry prior to taking that plunge. I had to make sure that it was really something I wanted to get into. I sent in my bikini modeling pictures to a director, next thing you know I am being flown out to Florida to film a girl/girl scene for Pleasure Productions. The owner was so impressed with my performance that they signed me to a contract right on the spot”.
Nikki Benz : Adult Film Career
In 2003 Nikki Benz filmed her first ever sex scenes with Gina Lynn for the Pleasure Productions movie Strap-On Sally #20 (2003). “When I first started stripping in Toronto, I went by the name of Aaliyah. One day I decided to try this new hot strip club that everyone told me I should be working at, but once I got there they already had another Aaliyah and the general manager didn’t want two dancers with the same name. I then came up with Nikki because I liked it. But once again, the general manager told me he already had a Nikki. So I took a moment to think about it, and since I’m a huge hip-hop fan, at that time almost every song that I liked made a reference to having a Benz. Right then and there, I became Nikki Benz. Once I stopped stripping in Toronto, and I fully got into porn, I carried that name with me”.

By September 2004 Nikki Benz’s contract with Pleasure Productions had concluded so she signed with Jill Kelly Productions. From this point onward, Nikki Benz appeared in several best-selling Jill Kelly Productions DVDs such as Shades Of X (2004), Urban Angels (2004), Nikki’s Land Of Candy (2005) and Lipstick Lingerie And Lesbians (2005). I’m proud of that because I feel like I’ve kind of stepped up a level and I’m giving my fans something different than what I was doing before…This will actually be my first girl/girl scene with Tera.
